Caritas Addicted Gamblers Counselling Centre, funded by the Ping Wo Fund of Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, was established on 15 October 2003. The Centre comprises registered social workers, gambling counsellors, welfare worker as well as administrative assistant. It aims to counsel the gamblers with gambling disorder and their family members.

A person with a Gambling Disorder or their family members directly calls the Helpline (1834633 press “2” or 24997828) and is answered by an intake counsellor. - Helpline Inquiry
Register the needs and information of the inquirer, and the center-in-charge then arrange a counsellor for case follow-up. - Make an appointment
The counsellor will contact the inquirer within three working days to schedule the first counselling session. - Receiving Counselling
Arrange participation in Treatment / Support Groups and evaluate the effectiveness based on counselling progress.

Wednesday, Friday: 10am to 10pm
Saturday: 2pm-10pm
Closed on Sundays and public holidays
