Caritas Family Service is one of the social work services. Based on the organization objectives of "Love in the Service of Hope", we provide high-quality professional services aiming to promote harmonious family relationships, enhance the overall ability of individuals and families to cope with difficulties and therefore to improve the quality of life. We provide more than 25 types of services covering more than 100 service locations in Hong Kong.

Volunteer Training
When necessary, service unit will provide volunteer training so that the volunteers can be fully prepared. Topics include volunteer code, communication skills, service notes, etc.

In order to encourage volunteers to participate sustainably in volunteer services, various family services have set up awarding schemes to reward volunteers who participate actively.
