明愛家庭服務為其製作的「愛德喜」親子小組進行成效研究，研究結果顯示小組能顯著提升家長對價值教育的認識和降低家長的焦慮及抑鬱程度。此外，參與的家長均欣賞小組的內容，並表示小組能提升親子關係。
